Kendra has worked in digital publishing for 10+ years. Across more than a decade of managing client success, strategic projects, and people, she has worked to ensure publishers feel supported, motivated and are able to keep up with their most meaningful and engaging work. Kendra has specific skill in customer success, leading cross-functional initiatives, software implementation, new product launches, process innovation, project & people management. She earned her BA from Clemson University, as well as a certificate in B2B growth marketing from Columbia University Business School.
